Refund Request
Refund Conditions : We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Product received with manufacturing defect.
- Product damaged during transport.
- Product different from the one advertised.
Deadline for Request : The customer has up to 15 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the order, to request a refund.
Application Process :

- Assessment : Our team will review your request and contact you within 3 business days to guide you on the next steps.
Product Return
Product Shipping : If requested, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, without signs of use, and with all accessories and manuals that accompany it. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by our team.
Return Shipping : The cost of return shipping will be at our expense in cases of defective product or shipping error.
Approval and Refund Process
Product Review : Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Approved :
- Refund Method : The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Refund Time : The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the card operator or financial institution, and may take 7 to 14 business days.
Important Considerations
Promotional Products : Items purchased on promotion will be refunded at the promotional price.
Product Exchange : If you wish to exchange the product received for another, please contact us to check availability. The exchange conditions will follow the same rules as the return and refund process.
